Positive: Location, 4 BR, 2.5 bath. We had plenty of space and elbow room for six people. The beds were very comfortable. Although we took chairs for the beach and other beach things, the house has everything you need for the beach, including a wagon with bad tires. We really did not need anything for the beach. That is a big plus. The outside shower was very convenient for after the beach showers
Negative: There are only two parking places one is beside the unit. The other is the garage at the unit which also doubles as the game room. The car had to be moved in order to play any of the games. Parking is not allowed anywhere else without a fine. Had a couple of housekeeping issues, that were reported and addressed. It was nothing major. I would definitely rent this house again. Also just an FYI all bedrooms are upstairs.
