A new advanced cleaning protocol has been implemented which includes, hot steam ironing of all mattresses and sofas between check ins, all pillows washed, no back to back check ins, all surfaces and handles cleaned with chlorine and/ or Lysol, plenty of hand sanitizing gel available to all guests, spray bottles with desinfectant and cleaning products available to all guests, and much more! The bottom floor condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, with all the amenities of a modern condo, and amazing ocean views. Plus, share a large pool in the lush garden with just a few more apartments.
The condo provides a fully equipped kitchen with spices, bath amenities, towels, comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture! This is the perfect condo to live the beach and integrate into everyday activity. We also provide daily cleaning service and there is a security guard from 6 pm to 6 am. The condo's reliable maintenance staff works from 8 am to 5 pm every day, including Sundays.
On the back side of the condo, within a lush garden, there is a large shared pool that has just been remodeled this fall and counts with plenty of loungers and shade for everyone. At the beach you have just as many loungers and several palapas and many palm trees to offer you an occasional escape from the sun.

Half Moon Bay may be referred to as a lagoon, but be careful not to misunderstand, far from being a sweet water lagoon as we tend to know, Half Moon Bay is part of the sea (see the pictures attached). There are four bays withing Akumal, that together stretch to more than 5 km.
Akumal has a cute tiny town which offers the most essential shops, cafes and restaurants. If you are not the kind of traveller to spend too much time in big complexes getting your essentials together, you can be assured to find everything in this town.
On the other hand, if you'd rather go to a big supermarket and buy your breakfast and dinners to cook back in the condo, you'd be happy to know that there is a bigger supermarket (Chedraui) off the highway by Puerto Aventuras 10 min north. You can either get your shopping before arriving and make sure to have all your basics for the week, or you may get a "colectivo" (mini bus) that passes every 30 minutes. In a nutshell, everything is available, it just depends on your personal preferences how to move around.
