This fully equipped beach apartment with high equipment is only 50 m away with direct access via a private path to the gently sloping sandy beach in a Mediterranean residential complex with garden, lawn and communal pool with children's pool. The well-kept complex was built in 2001 and consists of 6 x 5 residential units with elevators.
All supply options are within a 2-minute walk; from the supermarket, restaurants, bakery and press to the bus stop. The bus runs every 20 minutes to the center and ferry port, 3.5 km away.
The apartment is on the 1st Floor and has sea views from the 16 m2 terrace facing west. Here you can enjoy the view of the Mediterranean Sea and the beach until sunset.
The living space of 79 m² is divided into a spacious, bright living / dining room with TV, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, etc.), storage room with washing machine and dryer, hallway, two bedrooms, one with TV, bathroom en suite and a shower room.
