Positive: The room was quiet, clean & the staff accommodating.
Negative: Had to ask for more towels & washcloths & an ice container. Had no cups in the room. There is a hallway "Family, Handicapped bathroom" that is kept locked. When asked if it could be unlocked so my handicapped friend could use it, I was told it was only for staff. The staff did finally unlock the said bathroom, but it was very unclean...fecal matter on the base of the toilet, trash in the container & floor was unclean. I suggested that the sign on the door be changed if it was only for staff & not a handicapped bathroom.
