Entering the property a staircase leads to the first floor where there is an open plan lounge/dinging kitchen with views out over the working harbour towards the Bass Rock. From here, you can watch the boats coming in to land their catch and might even spot the resident harbour seal, Sammy. There is a spacious double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a further WC on this level.
The upper level has two further double bedrooms, on with harbour views and one which has an outlook over rooftops to the clock tower. The fourth bedroom is a sea view twin room. A large bathroom with shower over bath and a separate shower room completes the accommodation.
