The 4 bedroom 750m2 main residence and two identical fully self contained two bedroom Cabanas. Located in the famous Whitesands area, it is a short 20 min drive to port Vila. You have 150m of your own private white sandy beach The grounds contain a full sized tennis court for day use only The pool is simply spectacular and has one of the best views in the pacific. The tariff includes free use of a Hyundai 12 seater bus and our wonderful staff are on site 5 1/2 days per week for daily servicing of the property he main residence is in excess of 700m2. The ground level contains a formal dining area, entertaining lounge, office, wine cellar and modern kitchen fitted with quality Fisher and Paykel appliances. The upstairs west wing has the Master bedroom. The en-suite is over-sized and has a large bath positioned to take in the view of the ocean and a separate shower. An extra bedroom in this wing is ideal for 2 children The east wing has 3 separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have large balconies that open to the beachfront.
