Summary: We had a rather terrible experience with this accommodation, but I will try to remain as objective as possible. The location of the accommodation is really very good – only 3 minutes to the sea and the same to the city center. The view from the balcony is even more beautiful than in the photos; you are practically sitting right by the sea. The apartment is quite old, but everything except the bathroom is acceptable. It is very noisy; you can hear every moped all night long, even with the windows closed. Since the apartment has no air conditioning, it gets warm quickly when the windows are closed. Now, about the bathroom: The toilet was clogged on the first day, but I managed to unclog it with a plunger. The next day, it happened again. This time, even the plunger didn’t help. I called the landlord, and it turned out that the previous tenant had the same problem, yet she rented out the apartment anyway. She then offered to find me a new apartment and refund 75% of the price because that’s all she received from fewo-direkt. I didn’t find this very fair, but since we were in a hurry, we had to agree.
