Summary: Resort overall was a great stay. It was clean and functional. My toilet was broken when I arrived to my room and they promptly came and fixed it. The food at the buffet was very good, they had a variety of option, one which was authentic Mexican which I appreciated! The bed mattress was very firm and hard to get comfortable the first couple nights. The service was not great. I am used to employees greeting everyone with a smile and trying to be accommodating. No one was rude but also not very approachable or friendly. There were a couple bar tenders who smiled and engaged.
