The space benefits from a large pool, a spacious terrace with comfortable lounge chairs, a bar with a sink & a fridge, as well as a separate toilet; the perfect equipment for lazy afternoons or aperitifs under the colors of the sunset ...
The villa benefits from a large welcoming main room, from which can be discovered:
- An air conditioned living room with a U shaped sofa, as well as a large LCD screen with USB port & HDMI cable available (no satellite)
- A dining room with a majestic wood table and large benches to gather all the all occupants of the house
- An open kitchen, functional & fully equipped with central island, as well as numerous storage spaces (please note that the extractor hood has been removed since last photo shooting)
- A guest toilet
At each end of this room, are located two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, with spacious & private bathrooms (double sink, rain shower & toilet)
They all give access to a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden with tall coconut trees in line with the horizon; It is furnished with a bamboo table & chairs and is sheltered by a retractable owning.
Lastly, on the ground floor will be found the 3rd bedroom which is a small charming independent air-conditioned studio with separate entry.
It has a Kitchenette (sink, kettle, fridge), high bar table & bathroom with toilet. It offers a private terrace.
All air conditioners are new (2019) and regularly maintained.
All of the windows are equipped with mosquito nets

It is possible to organize an intermediate cleaning with towels/sheets change at an additional 2000 Baths.
