Positive: Every amenity had been considered and perfectly matched. The property itself had a quirky nature which made it a very pleasant stay. We purposefully chose a room at the top so we could appreciate the external views. We were not disappointed! In fact, although not advertised, this room has a fabulous terrace with seating. It overlooks the amazing views that many would pay a lot for. Parking was easy and the proprietor met us on arrival. After a quick and friendly tour we were left to enjoy our room. The space had plentiful supplies of tea and fresh pod coffee. Tea and a kettle were also provided as well as a fridge with cold water. Breakfast was by far the best I have seen in comparable properties. Even allergies and dietary needs were catered for in abundance. We went into the town for the evening after enjoying pizza at the restaurant opposite the property, and stumbled across a festival. It was wonderful and we continued by walking around the old town which although a little spooky was stunning!
Negative: The surrounding roads can be difficult to navigate; however, this is absolutely nothing to do with the proprietor.
Summary: Book and enjoy! I struggle to see how you could be disappointed.
