From the moment you arrive, expectations will be exceeded, every item on your vacation home checklist is checked in this tropical retreat! This show piece home has been built 2022. Window and Doors are Impact Resistant for added security and protection. The driveway and pool deck are brick pavered. This oversized lot is framed with a seawall and a light grey Trex Wood Boat Dock. From this location you are out in the interceptor lagoon and the open water in no time with your boat.
As you enter the Great room, you will be captivated by the soaring Tray Ceilings and the sun-drenched split floorplan. The living room comes with a light grey reclining sofa, two reclining arm chairs mixed with contemporary coffee and a contemporary TV console with a huge 75” TV. The dramatic Kitchen with an island and lots of elegant White Sparkling Quartz counter space and stainless-steel appliances is fit for a Chef. The kitchen island with waterfalls left and right comes with 4 barstools, ready to get the party started. Formal dining is just steps away from Kitchen with open views to pool area and the saltwater canal. Entertain with ease as the flow out to the lanai has 3 stacking sliders on one side and a 90 degree slider on the other so you can bring the outside in. Large, covered lanai with dining and lounge seating for everybody and a 42” flat screen TV above. The large pool with rectangular whirlpool is embedded in an oversized brick pavered pool deck. Whirlpool functions can easily be handled by Pentair remote control. All water features can be heated on cooler days for an extra charge.
The Master suite with King bed, contemporary nightstands, dresser, 65” TV, sliders to pool deck, walk-in-closet and dramatic bath with his and hers separate granite vanities and a walk-around-shower including a rain shower are yours as well. A Junior Suite with Queen Set, 55” TV, large Walk-in-Closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and single sink. The two Guest bedrooms both come with Queen beds, nightstands share a bathroom with walk in shower and single Sink. This Bathroom offers direct access to the pool deck. Laundry room with front loading washer and dryer and sink.
