On the second floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with high-quality Italian furniture as well as a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen designed according to the instructions of a professional chef. The ground floor of the villa offers you a tavern with kitchen, an ideal place for socialising. There is also a wellness room on this floor with a sauna, whirlpool and massage table where you can recharge your body and mind. The villa also has a games room with toys and Playstation, a fully equipped gym and a large office. Olive trees provide an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere and a heated pool with sun loungers and a lounge area invites you to relax. The terrace, complete with dining table and barbecue, is accessible from the indoor dining area and is an ideal place to spend time with family and friends with stunning panoramic views.
