Positive: Very clean and well-equipped. Our host was very attentive and thoughtful while giving us privacy. She provided us with whatever we asked for and didn't thin about (she remembered that a mug was broken, and got us a replacement). We had a few minor Wi-Fi issues twice, and she was on top of it within less than 20 minutes. We loved the separation of our building from the main house, providing privacy while having assistance nearby. The bathroom was top-notch (US) hotel quality with rainfall shower, heated towel rack etc. The down comforters were ultra-warm and thick, and we actually got pretty warm at night while the temperatures were at freezing point outside, due to the fact that the heater was set to 18,5 deg C. We would have loved to have a BBQ and use the terrace, which was very inviting. The weather didn't allow us to do so...
Negative: We visited during freezing temps, and we had issues with cold floors and condensation of water from showering (precipitating out on the windows). We understand that the unit is separated from the house, and is not likely to be heated when not rented out. Humidity was a bit of an issue initially. Obviously, there are climate- and war-related issues regarding energy consumption in Europe and globally. We are sure that our host would have remedied the issues, but we didn't bring it up for these reasons.
Summary: We will return!
