Summary: Stayed here for 12 days in March of 2025, and couldn't be happier. We've been coming to Austin annually for the last 15 years, and this is definitely one of the best (if not "the" best) place we've stayed.Location just off Rainey is excellent - walking distance to everything we needed (perfect, as we don't rent a car when we visit Austin).Check-in was super easy, thanks to the 24-hour concierge, and communication with the owner was great - I had a few questions leading up to our check-in date, and he never took more than an hour to get back to me.The condo itself is FABULOUS - very roomy, with high-end appliances, a gorgeous bathroom, excellent balcony for morning coffee, and a ridiculously comfortable bed. Washer/dryer IN the unit is icing on the cake - with a longer term stay and hot/humid days, this really came in handy.Great coffee shop in the lobby, plenty of restaurants nearby, and a very handy Royal Blue Grocery just around the corner.Literally our only minor quibble would be: the bathroom could use another towel bar or hooks, and the bedroom could use a dresser with drawers for pants, socks etc. But honestly, that's about as minor a quibble as I've ever had for a place lol.Overall, this is an outstanding property that we very much look forward to staying at next time we visit Austin!
