Atlantis brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals in Myrtle Beach SC is a stunning 7 bedroom 7.5 bath oceanfront home with huge pool, hot tub, kiddie pool and putting green. This house has panoramic ocean views from nearly every room. The house features three oceanfront master suites all with an oceanfront balcony, private bathroom (w/ walk in shower and body sprayers). All bedrooms have their own attached bathrooms plus a common half bath on the main level. The house also features a gourmet kitchen with large gas stove, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, stand alone ice maker, island and large granite bar. The house has a large open upper deck and large main level covered deck with sitting area and outdoor speakers. There is also a large game room with pool table, table / chairs, large flat screen tv and large balcony off the game room. House square footage is approximately 5700. Pool is 30' x 10 and 3' to 5' deep.

Summary: The location was great, and the house looked amazing from outside. On the inside it was very spacious and plenty of room for everyone and everyone had their own space. The downsides were the pool not being heated after I paid extra to have it heated so our family could enjoy the pool and kiddie pool if they didn't want to use the hot tub. We also had issues with the water heater when everyone took a shower. Not every room in the house had hot water and we had to call the Property Manager to get this fixed and they had to send out Maintenance on each issue. The Pool was never resolved, and they offered to refund our money, and they managed to fix the shower hot water in each room. All things that you are hoping not to worry about when this is the only time of year you get to see your kids and grandkids all at once. There were also issues with some of the locks not wanting to work properly or lock at all and it was a concern with the grandkids. The showers were a little sketchy as some of them looked like they had black mold in them, and we bought shower spray to spray the showers down while we were there. Knowing this is a rental property we knew there were going to be some issues or things we couldn't control. Overall, for the view of the beach and sound of the ocean we would definitely stay here again. For the issues we had and the cleanliness of the property we are doubtful to make this property our every year vacation house.
