The house has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two living room areas, a large 8–10-seater dining table, a breakfast nook, a TV room, and over 70 outdoor seating areas. There is Wi-Fi, three Smart TVs with Netflix, direct cable TV, YouTube, and an extensive collection of DVD movies—Central Air Conditioning in the entire house. Various outdoor seating areas with comfortable furniture, three hammocks, a fire pit, BBQ, an 18' x 18" above-ground pool, and a jacuzzi under a 26-34 elegant tall free-standing pergola for comfortable shade 365 days a year. This perfect getaway offers lots of space, nature, and serenity to enjoy with your friends and family and a fully loaded kitchen to cook great meals. The Pet fee is $95 per dog, with a max of 2 dogs allowed. It must comply with all dog requests. 3-night minimum booking for Federal holidays. This property is managed by Om stays. Excellent nightlife with full bar, menu, and often they have live music and festivals. The northern entrance of Joshua Tree Park is 15 minutes away by car. The Sky is the Limit Observatory is 20 minutes away by car. Groceries, shopping areas, and restaurants are in downtown Twentynine Palms, only 20 minutes away. Excellent farmers market in Downtown Twentynine Palms and Joshua Tree on Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm. We highly suggest taking the scenic back road through the Mojave Desert to Las Vegas. It is 2 hours away from home. The Mojave National Park & Amboy Volcano Crater are 45 minutes further down our road! A bus line runs along Hwy 62 with access to Yucca Valley and Twentynine Palms, along with two local cab services, Lucky 777 and American Cab Co. In the desert, critters are simply a fact of life. Just a warning for those weary of bugs: even though our house is spotless, no one in the desert can avoid the occasional critter breaking in. The best way to avoid them is to keep doors closed. We will send you a short rental agreement you must sign before receiving all directions and keys. We will need your mailing address and email so we can go ahead and finalize your reservation. The short-term rental agreement is posted under "other house rules." Enter the correct number of adults and infants. Our base price is up to 4 people. There will be a charge of $45.00 per person per day after that. Early check in may be available at a $100 fee.
