Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Newly built and good location to commute to the beach, shops and restaurants. The decor is modern and there’s plenty of space in the room. The first place I experienced without a weird smell from the tap water or bathroom drain. The owner and staff are great and accommodating. The internet is fast which allowed me to get some work done. A very comfortable bed for a good night's rest and tons of sunlight during the day to get you energized for the new day. Tip: Grab app doesn’t have the accurate location, so use Google map to navigate your trip.
Negative: There's a designated outdoor lounge area for the guests, but it's always occupied by smokers which make it difficult for non-smokers to enjoy. This too makes it a little challenging to keep your windows open if you don't want the unit to smell like a bar. A couple of small suggestions: add at least one set of silverware for the guests in the kitchen and a couple of hangers in the wardrobe.
