Fully independent apartment located on the ground floor of the house. The owners live on the top floor, but each one enjoys their own entrance.

The only common areas are the pool, the barbecue and the lush garden. However, the owners, very discreet, leave the access to the pool in priority to the hosts.

The property has a large garden, beautifully planted, with swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols. You will have a private terrace full of beautiful bougainvilleas to enjoy moments of relaxation, dine and chat with a drink. Access to the pool is direct from your terrace and can be closed by a door for the safety of small children. In the same way, the staircase to the terrace can be closed by a grid.
The living room is spacious and bright and is equipped with a large ceiling fan. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with power shower, large closets, closets and storage space.
