2 Bedroom Cottage in Treyarnon, Padstow

Head through the front door of this pretty whitewashed cottage and the ground floor hallway leads into the two bedrooms - one with a Kingsize bed and one with twin beds, plus a family bathroom with bath, shower over and w.c.
The stairs then lead up to the first floor, which opens out onto a large light living room and an open plan kitchen. The living room has distant sea views as well as lovely views of the surrounding countryside. There is a sofa bed in the living area suitable for accommodating 2 extra people. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make for a relaxed self catering holiday and includes a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and tall fridge/freezer. This wonderful sociable area has a large dining table and two comfy sofas. From here there are patio doors leading out to a decking area and enclosed garden below. There are superb views of the countryside from the decking which provides a great place to dine alfresco and relax.
The property also benefits from having optic fibre broadband recently installed.
Arnold Cottage is situated next to Primrose Cottage, but is totally separate in terms of having its own car parking and small garden. It is equipped for up to 6 people. The two properties can, however, be booked jointly to accommodate larger parties of up to 16.
