Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Summary: We had a nearly perfect trip at AquaVista. The unit was clean, recently updated, and had the most amazing balcony and ocean views. The only downside to our trip was that the pool closed after our first day, and remained closed the rest of our stay, due to an electrical maintenance issue. In addition, we noticed a few other things that would have been beneficial to have in the condo, but definitely would not keep us from staying here again. There were no towel bars or hooks in any of the bathrooms. We also could not find a stopper for the tub to give our son a bath. Adding some child friendly dishes, cups, and utensils to the kitchen would be helpful for other families staying here in the future. Lastly, the bedroom windows face the street and the exterior lights in the breezeway are SO bright. The first night was so light in our room, that our son woke up at 2am, insisting that it was morning time and stayed awake until it 4am. We ran to Walmart the next day and bought black out curtains for $16. Problem solved! All this to say, we still had an amazing stay at this property and would absolutely return!
