Positive: The location was great- approximate to the shops, bus stop, playground etc.
Negative: Picking up and dropping off the keys- it's on the other side of town, on the main busy road with nowhere to stop. Not enough facilities - there's only one saucepan, there is an oven but no trays or oven gloves. Very limited set of plates etc. Lack of wardrobe space- there's only one chest of drawers we could use, the wardrobe was full of stuff so nowhere to unpack. Cleanliness- the flat doesn't seem to be finished, the plate for the vent is missing. There was a washing hung up on the dryer when we arrived. There was loads of dust under the beds (not ideal with small children). No soap, washing up liquid, bin bags, cleaning spray, mop- these are basics in my opinion and should be provided. Overall I didn't feel it was a great family space, and we won't be returning.
