Positive: It's an entire private apartment of your own! Bedroom with extremely comfortable bed, sitting room, bath with shower that looks recently renovated, and a kitchen! There's a washer and dryer, too - though for such a short stay, I didn't use them. There are plenty of towels, and pots and dishes in the kitchen. The owner is friendly and helpful, yet does not invade privacy. I slept very well at night because the apartment is so peaceful.
Negative: I'm handicapped and require a Rollator (which I was allowed to leave downstairs as I requested.) The apartment is upstairs, and the stairs have a very narrow tread which was difficult for someone with walking problems. Just be aware of this if you are handicapped. This, and the somewhat old coffee machine, are the only reasons this does not get a perfect rating.
