Positive: Great location, street parking just opposite the apartment. The location is very quiet. Instructions for the keybox were clear and easy to follow.
Negative: The heating wasnt on. I know that the owner doesn't have it turned on ahead of time, because of the environment, however its winter, and if the place has been vacant for a number of days, then because of its construction, solid brick/stone walls it takes ages as in over 4 hours to warm the apartment. I feel that there must be a better solution somehow.
Summary: Nice place good location for me. I will recommend to friends if they want somewhere to stay.
