About 10 km from the complex, inside a beautiful pine forest, there is a riding stable with the possibility of practicing riding lessons or short walks with an instructor (children from 3 years old and up) and possible guided excursions on horseback along the beautiful Costa dei Gabbiani (a popular destination also for cyclists and hikers). Next to the riding stable there are tennis courts and the Remaiolo beach (access by reservation).

Bright studio apartment with two French windows and located on a single floor, the ground floor, for a surface area of ​​about 18 square meters. You will find a double bed (140x190), a wall wardrobe and a kitchenette equipped with 4 burners and a large fridge with freezer. Bathroom with shower cabin, bidet and window. About 2 meters from the entrance door, the studio apartment has a small shaded garden with sea view for exclusive use, equipped with a gazebo, table, chairs and deckchairs to eat outside and enjoy the view, night lighting.

- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15:00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- in case of use of the outdoor BBQ, it must be left clean after each use (for good neighborly rules), otherwise we would have to withhold 50 euros from the security deposit
