Il se compose d'un salon avec télévision écran plat avec tnt, accès wifi, salle à manger avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée : (réfrigérateur avec compartiment congélateur, four, hotte, micro-onde, grille pain, bouilloire, planche et fer à repasser, plaque de cuisson vitrocéramique, lave vaisselle, lave linge), de deux chambres avec moustiquaires, d'une salle de bain avec douche et d'un toilette séparé et d'un barbecue à gaz pour faire de bonne grillade.
A seulement 1 km de la rivière du Fangu avec ses rochers rouges, son eau douce, claire et chaude, puis ses petits coins de paradis où l'on peut se baigner en toute tranquillité.

Pour les amateurs de marche, une promenade à l'air frais dans la fôret de Piriu avec ses chênes verts centenaires, les sentiers du Tra Mare è Monti ou l'un des chemins passent devant la propriété vous conduiront à divers endroits magnifique et également à Girolata inaccessible en voiture.
