Climatisé et rénové avec goût, il est à 1 min du métro Périer et à 15 min du Stade Vélodrome. Cuisine équipée, salon avec fauteuils et canapés, coin bureau. Deux chambres, une avec un lit double et une avec deux lits simples. Salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Pas de télévision. Proche des transports, place Castellane et commerces. Parking payant à 5 min à pied.
