Negative: We had no internet for six days .kept on calling the representative not very helpful at all ,due to wrong code and pass word given by rep. After being ask to stay in or around apartment on Friday so tech could come in to fix the internet no one came.waited three more days before rep said someone was coming.He gave us the correct info in two minutes.
