If you feel like a free spa treatment there are the mud baths in San Pedro del Pinatar. These small lakes have very warm water and deck/ step access is provided. You can smother yourself in the natural mud reportedly excellent for various skin and bone conditions such as arthritis and dry skin, with the multiple healing properties. It is worth noting, I have been and it is a fairly pungent smell, but great fun and free and I did have softer skin at the end! There are also wild flamingos in the area so keep your eyes peeled...
All in all everything you need for young and old alike.
Enjoy.
