The modern living and dining room and a guest WC are located on the ground floor. The flats have a new and modern fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor is the modern bathroom with a bathtub and a large shower, an extra WC room. The bedroom with a large double bed. There is enough space for up to 3 people on 85 m².
