This beautiful renovated country house is located at about 150 meters above sea level and enjoys a breathtaking view over the Versilia coast.
At guests' disposal a swimming pool (12x4 m, open from May to October), in a position with a panoramic view of the coast, terrace area, barbecue area, table tennis, wine and olive oil tasting, a washing machine, Internet Wi-Fi connection, parking and E-CAR Charging Station.
During the high season, the owner prepares a pizza in the oven for all guests, served on the pool terrace.
