The apartment is located in Punta Ala, Via dello Scoglietto 66 (Villa Francesca), and is part of a villa consisting of four homologous units owned by the same family. The building, whose rationalist structure in reinforced concrete and Douglas fir is typical of the 1960s and of the first tourist settlements in Punta Ala, was designed and built by the architect Walter Di Salvo, and is immersed in the greenery of the private garden and the Mediterranean bush. From the terrace you can enjoy a unique panorama of the Gulf of Punta Ala (Balbo tower and Castle) with a view of the Elba, Cerboli and Palmaiola islands, as well as, on clear days, of the Capraia and Corsica.
The beaches can be reached in 18/20 minutes on foot, while the shopping center in about 15 minutes. However, it is always advisable to provide travel by car.
Pets are welcome, considering that the property has some (dogs).
The house to be leased is called 2 / B and is available all year round; is 150 square meters. approx over 20 m2. internal courtyard and utility room with boiler room; the terrace is 90 square meters. The beds are 8. Of the 5/6 parking spaces into which the parking inside the property is divided, one can be used by the 2 / B driver.
The equipment includes dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots for 12 people, various coordinated tablecloths and napkins. The kitchen is equipped with a hob with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as including the most functional small appliances. The television and the small stereo system are in the room. A satellite dish and a decoder connected to the TV allow the reception of satellite programs. In one of the rooms of the house there is a small safe, the only key of which must be requested from the property and returned to it at the end of the lease.
On the terrace: outdoor bamboo, rattan and wood outdoor furniture with cushions (armchairs, armchairs and chairs), dining table for 8 people and large service table, side tables, food trolley, sun beds, a large umbrella and a nice hammock.
