Enjoy this quaint 1 BR apartment in a family neighborhood in the Tree Streets historic district. The space is newly renovated, full of light, and is completely private and quiet - with an extra sleeper sofa. On the second floor. A short walk to the heart of JC or to the ETSU campus. This space is perfect for a single person, or a couple traveling with or without a child, and has everything you need to settle in for a night or two, or a week or two. Easy in, easy out. Private patio and grill.
The space
The apartment is about 600 square feet and up a flight of stairs on the second floor. There is a lot of natural light, which makes it feel really good. There are three main rooms - the living room, the kitchen, and the bedroom. And of course, the bathroom. It was originally built in the 1950s, and was rebuilt from the studs in 2010 after a fire.

Summary: It was very clean and nice! Close to everything we wanted to see and get! Definitely will be staying here again and very quiet. Little tough to find at night but other than that it was an overall great stay!
