Beautiful granny apartment in a modern design, newly furnished with its own front door, large windows and a wonderful view of the countryside. Access via a staircase. The 38 sqm apartment has a bedroom with a double bed. The living area is furnished with a sofa that can be converted into an additional sofa bed (for up to two people). A kitchen with fridge, oven, stove and hob with 4 hotplates as well as a microwave is available. Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. Beautiful terrace with a view of Heiligenberg Castle and the Salem Valley. Please note, however, that children may only stay in the accommodation from the age of 7.
