The modernized in 2015, 46 sqm apartment is located in the heart of the garden city Kettwig. Kettwig is the southernmost district of Essen and lies in the middle of the green belt. The Kettwig old town offers many beautiful postcard views with its numerous historic half-timbered houses and a beautiful church staircase. Cozy restaurants and beer gardens invite you to linger.
From here, the entire Ruhr area with its Ruhr Valley and its industrial heritage can be explored. The immediate proximity to the Ruhrtalradweg offers cyclists unlimited possibilities for excursions to Essen, Mülheim, Duisburg, Düsseldorf and the Bergisch Land.
