Summary: We were warmly welcomed by the owners - who spoke excellent English. The accommodation was set up thoughtfully to cater for our group (2 families plus other relatives, 9 people in total). Everything was clean and well-maintained. The region is beautiful and various sights were in easy reach by car: Lake Neuchatel and its surroundings, La Neueville, Berne - with its bears, (we took the train here), mountains etc. The sound of cowbells is sometimes the only thing to disturb the peace! Our hosts were helpful and even gave members of our group without transport a lift to catch their bus into town. We would recommend this chalet to anyone wishing to discover this tranquil area of Switzerland. Many thanks to the Chollet family.
