Villa of recent construction, in Cardedu, just 3 km from splendid beaches, on the east coast of Sardinia. The comfortable accommodation comprises: open plan living, dining and kitchen area, two double bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two singles) and bathroom with shower. Outside is a barbecue area, ideal for relaxed outdoor dining, plus car parking space. The property is fully equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable stay, including washing machine and television. Bed linen and towels can be provided at no extra cost, and included in the rental is a pass to a swimming pool which is just a few minutes drive away.
