The house is detached and is located on a spacious plot of around 2,500 m². From here you have a direct view of the countryside and can relax.
This certified apartment is located on the 1st Upper floor of the house and has a size of 75 m², plus a balcony with garden furniture. In the living-dining area you have a seat, satellite.-TV, mini stereo system, free Wi-Fi and a telephone available, as well as a spacious dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, ceramic hob with oven, fridge and freezer, dishes, etc. This includes a bedroom, with a double bed 1.80 x 2.00, and a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. As a further sleeping option, the sofa bed in the living area or extra bed would be possible.
On request, a cot and high chair are available free of charge in the apartment.
The garden, grill, iron with ironing board, table football and a table tennis table, as well as washing machine and dryer are shared.
