Positive: It was very easy to check in and the concierge was very responsive to every question that I had. He helped me to arrange for a car for a very early flight when I left. He always answered questions quickly. The property is an easy 15 min walk to the Centro Banamex where my conference was. It was in a quiet neighborhood and overall very satisfactory. Wifi was excellent and instructions very clear.
Negative: The property has no AC and it was very warm during the day. There are fans and it got cool enough if you opened the window.
