Choose from nine (9) bikes—two (2) for men, one (1) for women, and six (6) for kids—along with one (1) child's helmet. Water gear includes a 10'6” paddle board, a sea kayak, paddles, life vests, and a foam roof rack with straps. The guest shed, located at the end of the driveway, is stocked with beach chairs, toys, soccer nets, bocce ball, a slackline, and pickleball gear.
