Featuring high vaulted ceilings with an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, the entire home opens up to a timber deck all facing the spectacular views of the dramatic cascading mountain ranges, The Cougal Cascades and Boyd’s Butte and Mt Duran. There is a large entertaining deck overlooking the stunning valley where you can also entertain outdoors. At dawn you can find wallabies grazing on the lawns below, koalas nestled in the trees and a background of the beautiful birdsong. It is a magical spot for indoor/outdoor entertaining with friends and family with a BBQ included for ease.
The main level has an abundance of natural light and features three bedrooms - a master king bedroom with an ensuite and doors opening to the deck, a queen bedroom with a private deck, and a bedroom with 2x singles. You will also find a chef inspired kitchen, an. expansive living area with an indoor fireplace, piano, HD smart TV, wooden flooring, and full-length glass sliding doors. Here you will experience relaxed, tranquil living with space and amenities to spend quality time that also makes it easy to entertain, unwind and relax around a cosy fire.
Downstairs you have an additional space that can be a peaceful breakaway area by day or a black-out media room at night that includes a large smart TV with speakers, Wi-Fi, games, books, and a coffee table.
