The space
Please note: Well behaved pets are welcome as long as the pet parent provides host the info on the number and type of pets PRIOR to arrival so host can arrange with the cleaning service as there is an additional flat pet cleaning fee for hair/allergen removal and pets are NOT allowed on beds or furniture. Guest must also clean up all pet waste material prior to checking out as well.

This home has tons of reclaimed and historic features with all the modern amenities included to make your stay truly memorable! Each piece in this house has been artfully chosen for the space and comfort is a priority!
Master bedroom has a custom steel floating bed king sized bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom/guest room has a full-size swing bed. All beds are set up with high-quality memory foam mattresses, and high-quality linens.
Kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/coffee maker/full coffee bar (coffee grinder included).
Complete laundry with Iron/board.
*Please note for our longer term bookings: essentials such as coffee, cooking oil, sugar, toilet paper etc. are provided for your use upon arrival, but not replenished once they run out.
We have YouTube TV provided along with high speed Wifi.
The house is also full of books for the avid reader in you with lots of quiet reading nooks and areas to sit and relax or work as well as kids books and toys if needed.
Large gated front porch and back deck with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoor spaces as well!
You are also two blocks walking distance from the Beltline trail!
