Positive: Location was superb, close to beach and to 5th avenue, the apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive and accommodating.
Negative: The location would not be good for family with young kids or people who go to sleep early because of outside noise given the central location.
Summary: we absolutely loved it and would be happy to come back!
