Amazing location, situated within Highlands Reserve at the end of a cul-de-sac with private views over the golf course below and spectacular sunsets. A large 5 bedroom home with two living areas, large pool deck and games room – just minutes from the attractions.
The home features two separate living areas, both with comfortable sectional sofas and TVs, ensuring plenty of space to spread out and relax. The spaces both lead out to the pool deck through glass sliding doors, which fill the home with light. There is a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. Grab a quick bite to eat at the breakfast table, or share a meal together at the dining table – or why not dine outdoors?
The larger pool deck offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a day by the pool. The views over the golf course into the distance are unique, creating a peaceful and secluded retreat. There are loungers for soaking up the Florida sunshine and patio table and chairs under a covered shady area. Splash around in the crystal clear pool during the day, and watch the sun go down for beautiful sunsets in the evening. Pool heating available at an additional cost. Guests are welcome to use the BBQ – if you would like us to prepare it for you (propane/cleaning) this would be $45.
There is a queen bedroom downstairs, and bathroom. The master bedroom is located upstairs boasting a kingsize bed, walk-in closet and spacious ensuite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and separate oversized shower and double sinks. A desk is also provided should you need to catch up on some work in peace. Upstairs there is a further queen bedroom, bathroom, plus two twin bedroom perfect for the kids.
Don’t forget about the games room! There are hours of fun to be had challenging each other to pool, air hockey and foosball.
High speed internet is included. There is a washer and dryer for guest use.
Highlands Reserve is conveniently situated close to a large Publix supermarket with a range of restaurants and takeaways. Located just off Hwy 27, Disney is only 20 minutes drive. Highlands Reserve 18 hole golf course highly regarded and is open to the public year round.
