The tranquil retreat offers a small and cozy tv room and a living room with a sofa bed for extra space. The kitchen is fully equipped and the laundry room has a new washing machine and a dryer. Outside on the patio that surrounds half of the house guests can unwind in the hot tub at night under the starry sky and occasionally the Northern lights, or take a shower while enjoying the view of mountain Spákonufell that reigns over the town. The town itself has all basic amenities and various opportunities for activities in nature. In the vicinity we recommend exploring Kálfshamarsvík (22 km dist.), visiting neighbouring towns Blönduós (22 km dist.) and Sauðárkrókur (53 km dist.) or go skiing in the Tindastóll Ski Area (45 km dist.).
