The 165 m2 GÎTE Clémentine (which is NOT our main residence) is classified 2 stars by the Prefecture of the Vosges and approved by the Raon l'Etape Tourist Office.
Possibility 2 babies, material provided free of charge.
It is located on a fully fenced plot of 400 m2, terrace, BBQ ...
Ground floor: Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Senséo, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge + freezing compartment ...), dining room - living room, WC, shower room with sink and washing machine, dryer linen, steam generator, WC and access to the garden.
Upstairs: Bathroom - WC in a row with a small child / baby bedroom (child's bed, wardrobe and changing table), orange bedroom (1 double bed of 1.60m, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, valet, cot, changing table and sink), fuchsia bedroom (1 double bed of 1.40m, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers and valet) in a row with another yellow bedroom (2 beds 1 pers, bedside tables, chest of drawers and valet,), blue room (2 single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, valet,), green room (1 sofa bed and 1 cot to put in one of the rooms of your choice!)
Also includes, on request: 1 high chair, 1 extra bed, 1 baby potty, 1 baby walker, 1 daphne + possibly 1 sled, 2 snow shovels and 2 sleds on request, mountain bikes for hire: 3 for men , 2 for ladies, 1 24 inch mountain bike for 9/12 years old, 2 20 inch mountain bike for 7/9 year olds, 1 bike and 1 14 inch mountain bike for 4/6 year olds and 1 bike without pedal 3/5 years old (20 € / week / bike or € 5 / day).

The price is for 8 people. Possibility 2 more people, with a supplement is 12 € / pers / night. No supplement for babies!
POSSIBILITY to rent ONE night only, on request. The difference with the price for 2 nights will not be huge (the fixed costs are identical!)
Between July 4 and August 29, and, during the 2 weeks of Christmas and New Year, we rent exclusively for the week, from Saturday to Saturday.
Tourist taxes are € 0.70 / night / person 18 and over, at an additional cost. They will be claimed by Abritel and transferred directly.
Possibility 'beds made on arrival'. Possibility to rent towels and household linen.
Internet access via wifi.
The deposit is 150 €, it is payable locally.
Sheets (placed on the beds), cleaning, water and electricity are included in the price.
There is, as a SUPPLEMENT, to pay on site energy costs: central heating in all rooms and wood stove
In June-July-August: wood, electricity and fuel for hot water: € 7/2 nights and € 2.5 / additional night, or € 20 / week.
In May and September: chargeable wood, electricity and fuel: € 17/2 nights and € 6 / additional night, or € 47 / week.
In October, March and April: chargeable wood, electricity and fuel: € 33/2 nights and € 11 / additional night, or € 88 / week.
From November to February: chargeable wood, electricity and fuel: € 60/2 nights and € 18 / additional night, or € 150 / week.
POSSIBILITY of paying the supplements (on the spot) by means of holiday vouchers!

Pets are allowed after agreement with the owners, with a supplement of € 12 / animal for the stay!
Ideal for rest, nature, hiking, walking, motorbike and bicycle (50m from a greenway), fishing in lake and river, the roar of the deer in autumn, cultural visits (sawmill of the Hallière, heritage of Raon l'Étape, 3 abbeys ...) and historic (Chapelotte battlefield in 14-18 with Menelle museum, the Plaine valley, with a rich history, the Struthof concentration camp. ..), discovery of Alsace with the Christmas markets and the wine route, downhill skiing at 31km, and cross-country skiing on site, playground, climbing wall and water sports at 12km
SUMMER: for swimming, there is the lake of Celles sur Plaine, an outdoor swimming pool, in the mountains, open July-August, in a superb setting, in Bellefosse (25 minutes from the chalet) and an outdoor swimming pool in Raon l 'Stage and another in Molsheim.
There is also an adventure park at Pierre Percée, mountain bikes for hire, rides from the cottage (IGN maps available) ...
In WINTER, for swimming, there is the Aquanova America complex in Saint Dié (Vosges), and one in Molsheim / Mutzig (Alsace) + cross-country skiing possibilities at 4km and alpine skiing at 35 km!
We are Belgian individuals, who bought and transformed this house to make it a holiday home and come there regularly on vacation with family and friends!
