Willows Way building is centrally located in downtown Winter Park just a few steps off of Highway 40- Main Street! This three story townhome provides ample space to spread out and comfortably sleep 8 guests. In the summer, you are walking distance to weekly concerts and festivals held right down the street. In the winter, grab the shuttle to the slopes of Winter Park Resort or enjoy snow tubing in Fraser.
On the first floor is a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and a private bath on the first floor. From this room, you walk out onto the downstairs deck. Up the stairs on the second floor, you find the open floor plan living room, dining, and fully stocked kitchen, you can step outside on the 2nd private deck backing to wetlands with amazing views. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless appliances, granite counters, and all you need to feel at home and enjoy a meal or cup of coffee at the breakfast bar. Half bath off the living area on the 2nd floor. Up another set of stairs are the last two bedrooms on the top/3rd floor. The first with a King and private bath and the third bedroom with a twin over full bunk and a full private bath. Outdoor parking only as guests will not have access to the garage.
*Though dogs are not allowed to bring dogs, owners have a dog and you may encounter dog hair during your stay.*

Summary: Townhouse was very clean and the same as what was represented in the listing. Convenient location just a block away from the free Lift Shuttle that takes you all over town. Randi's grill is just up the street and a great place to eat. We truly enjoyed our stay.
