Welcome to your oasis. Upon arrival you'll be immediately impressed by the beautiful neighborhood. You'll be charmed by the lush tropical setting of the backyard. Walk down the path to the backyard surrounded by greenery. Here you'll discover an inground pool with spa and waterfall. Beyond the pool is a boat lift and a canal nestled among mango, banana, mangrove and lime trees. An outdoor area and gas grill complete the poolside hideaway. The canal which feeds into Estero Bay can provide you with countless hours of fishing opportunities.
The master bedroom contains a ceiling fan, TV, alarm clock, slider patio doors with direct access to the covered lanai. The master bath has dual sinks, a wall of mirrors and a separate toilet and shower area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a sleeping for two more additional guests. The formal dining room seats six comfortably. There is also additional seating on the screened in lanai. Summary: Overall we had a great time at this home; we blocked the adjoined house for privacy. The screened pool was great and mostly kept out the midge flies, which were active mostly in the evenings, making swimming still enjoyable (one member of our party is allergic and they were active across the island). Fishing from the canal was fun for our kids, and the walk to the beach was good--though with younger kids it might be a little far. We had some minor challenges with the dishwasher and the dryer, but were able to get creative in solutions with the help of the owner. Dorothy was very responsive and kind.
