Positive: I appreciate the proximity to Heathrow terminals as well as disability accessibility. Mostly pleased by the personal care received upon arrival. This stay was pleasurable, clean, secure, and comfortable. Private bathroom with a shower. The shared kitchen has a microwave. There is a convenience shop just a few doors down.
Negative: The shared kitchen had a microwave but no cold storage.
Summary: I'd gladly stay again.
