Adorable house 1 block from campus. Has a very unique feel of historic Fort Collins in a completely updated house. Everything you need with 2 king size beds, a huge back yard, and a great spot for hanging out, BBQ's visiting CSU and being walking distance from everything you need. We even have a garage to store your things. 4 parking spots in the back, and a driveway fits at least two cars in the front. The location is top notch and we are here to make sure you have everything you need. Come inside to an open floor plan. To your left is a large living room with a 60 inch TV, to your right two bedrooms and a bathroom and straight ahead a kitchen that leads to a laundry room and outside to your private large backyard. Tall ceilings and lots of lighting make the space. You have access to the whole upper unit of the house and yard. There is a lower unit with no shared spaces and a separate entrance. let us know how we can help you have a great stay ! happy to help! A happening Street with mature trees. Watch people bike and walk by all day heading to campus or work. It is in the heart of Fort Collins with campus west and downtown close by. Bike or walk to anything you need.
