This four bedroom home is located just minutes from the private beach and close to several ski resorts
This home is in a very convenient location for all the fun you can have and any necessities you would need. There are many mountain bike trails, hiking or biking trails, and even cross-country skiing along with the HOA amenities including beach, bocce ball, basketball, and horseshoe pits. Just 2 miles away you will be in the heart of Tahoe City where you will find a lot of great dining options and fun shops to walk. Being in such a great location you also have 3 major ski resorts that have an abundance of summer and winter activities.
This is a 2 level home. On the main floor you have one bedroom with a queen bed. The kitchen and living area are very open allowing you to enjoy the company of all your guests. Off the living room is a large deck which is a nice feature for you to relax and take in the fresh tahoe air. Or on a cold day you may want to sit back and relax by the wood burning fireplace located in the living area as well. Head downstairs for the remaining bedrooms. Please note that the largest bedroom must be accessed by passing through the twin room.

While some may want to stick around the house and have a snow day at the property, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar (17 miles away) and Alpine Meadows/Squaw Valley (8 miles away). On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches. You may choose to head down and grab a breakfast at the Fire Sign Cafe, or head into Tahoe City for many other breakfast and dining options.
Other things to Note:
* Parking is available for 2 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
* Dog Friendly: Maximum number of dogs allowed is 2, additional fees apply per dog.
* Renters must be 25+
